Project Music Unlimited
What we do
Project Music Unlimited is a music outreach club dedicated to spreading music beyond our community to those without access to instruments or music programs.
Donating
We have collected instrument donations from family, friends, and community to help various schools in the West Contra Costa Unified School District, as well as the prison band at a local branch of the California Department for Corrections and Rehabilitation.
Fundraising
Club members raised over $250 playing duets, chamber music, and jazz at the Moraga Farmers' Market in November 2017. Along with community donations and funds from our local restaurant fundraiser in December 2017, we donated $750Â to the Anova School in Sonoma, which was burned down by fires in 2017.
With another Farmers' Market performance in November 2018, we raised over $400 to donate to the Butte County Schools Fire Relief Fund to help in the aftermath of the recent Camp Fire.
